I drove from Alcoa back to Tallahassee, the same route. I stopped again at the Tapoca Lodge, but everyone was packing up or had already left. The only thing of interest was a pink Miata decorated in toilet paper. The owner was just removing it, so too late for a picture. I wonder whether someone objected to the color?

Mostly good, very warm, weather on the way back, but rain on the last stretch. Left the Lodge on 11:25, back in Tallahassee (Publix) at 7:45. So the trip is about eight and a half hours.
