Driving down the Teton Park Road offers spectacular views of the Teton mountains across expanses of frozen and unfrozen lakes.

In the afternoon, with rain clouds moving in rapidly, some of the tops got lost in the clouds. The Grand Teton towers into the air to a height of 13,770 feet.
