I spend the night at the Kalispell Grand Hotel, a renovated downtown hotel. It had all the modern conveniences. Apparently, they are not that well known; they were surprised to learn that they were recommended in "Road Trip USA."

I had dinner at the "Alley Connection", a Chinese restaurant in the same building as the hotel. Chicken and peanuts, very good. I like hot food.
