I decided that US 2 was not bringing me any closer to Tallahassee anymore, so I switched to US 83 and its detours. As a result, I ended up driving southwards through North Dakota, largely along scenic roads following the Missouri. It was a gorgeous day too. ND 1804 and 1808 were great, full of color, hills, and frequent glimpses of the river.
