It rained all day. In the few dry moments, it was very misty. Fundy National Park was still fairly nice, following the "Auto Trail" and such. But on the coastal route 1 south, I finally gave in to the incessant rain and cold and raised the top. The Maine coast was probably very pretty, from the few things I could see from it, but with heavy mist, drizling rain, and heavy traffic, it was just depressing to me. The one good photo opportunity I saw, of lifting mist over a lake, I could not stop.
On the positive side, I found a left-over bottle of the good Belgian beer I bought in Quebec City. A break from all the Heineken.
