To southern Utah after first following I 15 through corners of Nevada and Arizona. I 15 was less overcrowded as before, an improvement.
Then UT 9 through Zion National Park. This road is incredible. To drive it, you need to pass through the park property, and they charge you a $20, 7-day pass to do so. Do not skimp.
Then US 98 N to UT 12 through Bryce Canyon NP. Again a stunning road. Temperature was falling rapidly, and the top went down. It was great.
I stopped at the Best Western near the park. Good choice! A laundromat on the property, a car wash across the road, and in-room coffee. Bozo is clean, Temperature is nice and cool. sweat has been washed off the clothes, and coffee and wine is waiting. Life does not get better than this.
