I went up north towards Labrador City and came as far Manicougan. The lady at the gas station there told me it was another 400 km to Lab City, but that it was gravel all the way. That did not sound very appealing, especially with the bad weather and heavy rains. So I decided to turn back. (There is only one road here. You return the way you came.) In any case, Quebec 389 is a nice road, what I saw of it, passing along streams and small lakes. Too bad the weather gave it all such a depressed look.

Anyway, time to loop back into the US, I guess.
