From Washburn, I followed scenic US 83, ND 37, 1804, 37, 1804 through North Dakota to scenic US 2, also called the Great Northern after the rail road it tends to follow. Rain in North Dakota, which is probably the reason I took no pics. Also, I was trying to make headway towards Alaska, after already having travelled 10 days supposedly going there. But the rain cleared up nicely in Montana. I followed US 2 to Malta.
